Essay With Different Perspective - How to Write an Essay With Different Perspective

Essay With Different Perspective - How to Write an Essay With Different PerspectiveHow to write an essay with a different perspective is quite a hard task for every student. That is why I am going to share the best tips I have learnt to write an essay with a different perspective and give you the necessary information you need to write one that will be polished. One thing you have to remember is that one can never think the whole essay and see that all the words that you write are applicable to the topic that you are writing. The way to think about it is to begin writing the first page of your essay with the main points that are going to guide you as to how to sum up your essay in a well written one. For example if you have written about a sport that you are very much fond of, then start the essay from there by thinking about the sport in detail and use these sports as your sample to guide you through writing your essay. One thing you have to remember is that one should be able to bri ng the main points that they are going to be discussing in their essay. So if you are writing an essay about sports then you have to include the main point that you are going to be talking about in your essay. The second most important area that you have to start out from is the use of keywords in your essay. Some people may not find this very important but for me, it is extremely important. If you write your essay without the use of keywords in your essay then it will definitely be hard for you to rank in the article directories. When you are using keywords in your essay, the first thing that you have to do is you have to concentrate on finding good keywords to use in your essay. I have put a few tips for you, which will make it easier for you to find good keywords to use in your essay. One thing you have to remember is that the best ones that are found are going to be the ones that are keyword rich. The next thing that you have to do is you have to think of how you are going to put t he main point that you are going to be discussing in your essay. For example if you are writing an essay about something related to sports then you have to use this article as an example. The words in your essay that you will be using should reflect your example. Do not try to do anything more than you have to in order to show the readers the examples that you are using. The last thing that you have to do is you have to take a few minutes to read through your sample and make sure that it reflects the same tone and personality of your original essay. If your sample is too different from your original essay then you will lose your viewers and it will take you an entire article to bring them back to your original essay. The main idea is to keep your tone and personality of your original essay in your sample essay. If you follow these tips then you will be sure to create a well-written essay with a different perspective that will showcase your writing skills. Take your time and do not wor ry about what others may think of your essay as I have been able to follow the same pattern and produced some great essays that you can consider for your submission.

Five year old Charlotte suffers from a rare genetic disorder. In her short life, she has had as many as 300 grand mal seizures in one week, she was confined to a wheel chair, has gone into cardiac arrest and could barely speak. Her doctors were at a loss as to what to do and out of ideas on how to help her. Her mother had heard of the treatment of seizures using cannabinoids, a chemical compound found in marijuana, and as a last resort at saving her little girl, she decided to give it a try. Only two years later Charlotte is almost completely seizure free. She is able to walk, talk and feed herself. Human Resource Management Implementing Process

Question: Discuss about the Human Resource Management for Implementing Process. Answer: In order to select the skilled engineer at CERA, certain selection methods should be followed and implemented. Two of the methods of selecting the engineers have been discussed. Preliminary interview- This technique has always been effective for the organization as the before selecting people for any particular post, it is necessary to design the job requirements. Hence, the HR manager has to take the responsibility of the entire selection process (Kalleberg, 2013). By implementing this process, CERA could eliminate unqualified application based on the information provided in the application forms. The major focus of this particular method is to reject misfits. On the contrary, a preliminary interview is usually called a courtesy interview. It helps the company to form an effective public relation. For the post of engineers, the recruiters need to focus on the qualification of the candidates such as their academic records, project management knowledge, decision-making skills and problem solving techniques. Selection test After the preliminary interview process, the candidates who qualify the preliminary interview are now called for the selection test. In this particular test, some particular HR skills are examined. There are different types of tests conducted base on the requirements and the organization. However, for CERA, the recruiters need to focus on the skills that are research and civil engineering aspects. Notwithstanding, as the focus is on the aboriginal people, it is necessary to test their cultural skills, local market knowledge and other civil engineering aspects. In addition, the tests can also be conducted in the form of aptitude, personality and ability test to understand how effectively an individual could perform the activities related to the job (Campbell Knapp 2013). Once the candidates are qualified, they are asked for the next process. Discussing, merits, and difficulties of the chosen selection method As CERA is one of the largest research associations, it has different types of job categories ranging from HR activities to research designs. However, among the vast category, the post of engineering has been selected as the significant category for increasing the aboriginal people in the organization. There have been certain difficulties associated with chosen selection method. It has been observed that sometimes it becomes difficult for the organizations or the recruiters to select the candidates based on the preliminary interview and selection test. Most of the candidates are observed to be unsuccessful in dealing with the real life issues at the workplace (Renwick, Redman Maguire, 2013). Many candidates lack the real-world knowledge; therefore, dealing with the fresher candidates based on the selected methods may not be effective. On the contrary, by selecting the aboriginal people, the organization could utilize the people to the fullest since aboriginal people have intensive knowledge about the market. For example, by selecting aboriginal people in engineering, the organization could justify its increasing workforce. The selected candidates for the post of engineering could further contribute to project management and research (Holmes, 2013). However, the organization could implement the above mentioned methods to select the aboriginal people as the company could gain other benefits such as intensive market knowledge.

Post Modern Paradoxs Research Proposal Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1000 words

Post Modern Paradoxs - Research Proposal Example esultant concepts such as the social movement based on the modern policies are also undertaken to be able to achieve the aim of determining the issues and concepts that are related to the migration. The post modern paradox presented by Douglas Massey is used to describe the migration status in the international community. Basically, he described the history of immigration mainly on the economic aspect by looking to the motivation of people in relation to migration. These periods of immigration are driven by the different forces in the society, most specially the economic aspects. It has evolved from the trend wherein established nations such as those in the Western Europe sending people and immigrants to explore and conquer less developed nations toward the present condition wherein the less developed nations are the ones who have more people migrating on the basis of the need to work in capital-rich nations considered as receiving regions in terms of migration. In addition to such trends, there are other observations such as the movement of people in the modern era is distributed to different parts of the world. In relation the movements of the people, the movements of the different economic components such as the goods, capital and different forms of technology and information are also included in significant characteristics (Massey 2-6). The South Africa and the movement of the population can be attributed to two main reasons. One is the local migration within the region on the basis of job in certain areas of the continent that had been more developed. The more significant force of migration is related to people that are coming from other countries on the basis of the motivation to further develop the region. In fact, different international organization of economic perspectives and objectives are continuously making the region a site of migration receiving area (Massey 6). The situation in South Africa can be compared to that of the United States
